Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, it is automatically forwarded to our fulfillment network through AutoDS, which works with multiple global suppliers and warehouses to prepare and ship your items.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with AutoDS, which connects us to a wide network of international suppliers and shipping carriers. Shipping methods may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, and destination country. These may include local postal services, YunExpress, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and other regional carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment as the package is processed through logistics systems.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier or courier delays

  • High shipping demand periods

  • Public holidays in origin or destination countries

These factors are outside of our control, and we appreciate your patience.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shop@ambreliabeauty.com.

We will work with our fulfillment partners through AutoDS and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers and warehouses through AutoDS, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
